\nWe surveyed hundreds of Skylight customers to understand what daily life actually looks like for families with young kids. Then we brought 60 of those families in as co-builders, gathering weekly structured feedback that directly shaped what Buddy became. Every feature, every interaction, every design choice was pressure-tested by real parents and real kids.
