How do I activate my frame?
Plug in your Skylight Frame, connect to WiFi, and then create a unique Skylight email address. Photos sent to that address will appear on your frame in seconds!
How do I send photos to a Skylight Frame?
You can send photos to a Skylight Frame by email or by using the free Skylight mobile app, available for iPhone and Android. Simply send photos to the unique email address you created during setup.
Is email the only way to send a photo?
No! You can also use the free Skylight mobile app to send photos. The app is available for both iPhone and Android devices. Download it here.
Can others send photos to Skylight?
Yes! Anyone can send photos to your Skylight Frame. Just share the frame's unique email address with family and friends, and they can send photos from anywhere in the world.
How many photos can Skylight hold?
The original Skylight Frame can hold up to 8,000 photos depending on file sizes. Skylight Frame 2 can hold up to 16,000 photos with its expanded 16GB storage.
How many photos can I send at a time?
You can send up to 100 photos per email. If using the Skylight app, you can send as many photos as you like at once.
Can I send photos to multiple frames at once?
Yes! Using the Skylight mobile app, you can send the same photos to multiple frames at the same time.
Does the Skylight Frame have a battery?
No. Skylight Frame needs to be plugged in to an electrical outlet to work.

Gifting Skylight

Can I set up Skylight before gifting it to someone?
Yes! You can set up and preload photos on the Skylight Frame before gifting it. When the recipient plugs it in and connects to WiFi, all the preloaded photos will appear.
What if the person I'm gifting Skylight to doesn't have Wi-Fi?
Skylight requires WiFi to receive new photos and for initial setup. However, once photos are loaded, the frame can display existing photos without WiFi.
Do you have a gift option in your orders?
Yes! During checkout, you can select a gift option which will remove pricing information from the shipment. You can also include a personal gift message.

Frame 2 features a stunning Full HD anti-glare display, swappable Snap Frames for easy style changes, expanded 16GB storage, and support for videos and captions with a Plus subscription.
What Frame 2 styles are available?
Frame 2 is available in Classic (Black and White) and Wood (Walnut and Birch) styles, each with a matching Snap Frame included.
Will my Frame 2 device come with a Snap Frame?
Yes! Every Frame 2 comes with a matching Snap Frame included in the box.
How do I remove my Snap Frame and put another on?
Snap Frames are designed to be easily swapped. Simply pull the current Snap Frame off and snap a new one into place — no tools required.
Are Snap Frames compatible with the original Frame?
No. Snap Frames are designed exclusively for Frame 2 and are not compatible with the original Skylight Frame.
Do I need Plus to access videos and captions for Frame 2?
Yes. Video playback and captions on Frame 2 require an active Skylight Plus subscription.
