How do I get the Skylight mobile app?
The Skylight mobile app is available for Apple and Android products. You can download it here.
Do you need an Internet connection to use Skylight products?
Skylight Frame only requires a WiFi connection to receive new photos and access new features. Existing photos will appear with or without a WiFi connection. It is recommended that Skylight Calendar be consistently connected to WiFi to ensure all events are reflected and up to date.
Do Skylight products run on battery power?
No. Skylight products need to be plugged in to an electrical outlet to work.
What is your refund and replacement policy?
If you purchased a product through myskylight.com, you can return it for a full refund within 4 months of purchase. In addition, if your device experiences a covered issue within the first 3 years, we’ll replace it free of charge; that’s the Skylight Promise.
